Steinbach has been officially declared as the third largest city in Manitoba, after Winnipeg and Brandon.
With a population of 13,524 people, Steinbach trails Winnipeg’s population of 663,617 and the City of Brandon’s population of 46,061.
Statistics Canada released the population and dwelling count information of the 2011 Federal Census earlier this month.
