Headingley Traffic Services advise that they have responded to numerous calls today due to the winter driving conditions. RCMP advise blowing snow has caused reduced visibility and extremely slippery road conditions.

The conditions are still prevailing at this time and motorists are reminded to adjust their speed during the drive home. As well, whenever roads are slippery and visibility is reduced, motorists should ensure they turn on their head lights for added visibility.

As temperatures continue to drop, roads will remain extremely icy. Remember to reduce your speed to prevent collisions.
