RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Saskatchewan youth who is possibly heading towards Winnipeg.
On the afternoon of April 23, 2012, 16-year-old Frankie-Anna Pinay of Cupar, SK, was reported missing by her family. Pinay was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a blue/white hooded sweater with a zipper and black DC running shoes.
Pinay is described as having 2 piercing’s on her bottom lip and heart shape birth mark on her left under arm. Pinay has a light complexion, brown eyes, 5’3 in height.
Pinay’s family and RCMP believe she is driving/traveling in a Grey color 2007 Saturn VUE (SUV) with Saskatchewan plate 913 HVW. Friends and family believe she may be headed towards Winnipeg, Manitoba.
