The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce reminds the public that there will be street closures this weekend as the city prepares for the “Summer in the City” festival.
The Summer in the City street closures are as follows:
• Reimer Ave from Elmdale St to First St – Closed Thursday, June 14 at 7am
• Main Street from Friesen Ave to Lumber Ave – Closed Thursday, June 14 at 6pm
• Main Street from Lumber Ave to Barkman Ave – Closed Thursday, June 14 at 9pm
• Main Street from Friesen Ave to William Ave – Closed Friday, June 15 at 5pm-9pm
The Steinbach Chamber reports that all streets will re-open Sunday, June 17 at approximately 2am.
