Strengthening customer service to Manitoba communities will be the focus of discussion at three public meetings being hosted by Manitoba Public Insurance across the province, including Steinbach, beginning the week of June 25.
“Our corporation is committed to listening to the opinions and concerns of our customers,” says Marilyn McLaren, President and CEO of Manitoba Public Insurance. “Manitobans have come to expect a gold-standard level of service from its public auto insurer. These public meetings will allow us to get feedback and also explain where we are headed moving forward.”
Presentations will also focus on premium rates, with detailed explanation provided as to how they are determined. Community partnerships and the Corporation’s financial stability will also be highlighted at the public meetings.
