On July 2, 2012, just after 6am, Dauphin RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to a complaint of an unresponsive male at the Countryfest site.
Police say that the man, a 42-year-old Dauphin resident, was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. There is no indication of foul play at this time and an autopsy has been scheduled.
Police continue to investigate.
