Ashten Milne, 21, of Winnipeg has been charged with dangerous driving causing death in a single vehicle collision dating back to June of 2008.
On June 15, 2008 in the Rural Municipality of Woodlands, the Stonewall RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision in which Nolan Kunz, 21, of Pine Falls, MB was killed.
As a result of a lengthy investigation by the Stonewall RCMP detachment with assistance from a D Division Collision Reconstructionist and D Division’s Major Crime Services, Ashten Milne, 21, of Winnipeg has been charged with dangerous driving causing death.
Milne is scheduled to appear in court in Stonewall on May 25th.
