On July 15, 2012 at about 5:20pm, Swan River RCMP were dispatched to an altercation at a Swan River residence involving two adult females.
Police say that a 27-year-old Swan River woman was treated for minor injuries at the Swan Valley Health Centre, and was released into police custody. A 30-year-old Swan River woman was Life Flighted with life threatening injuries, has undergone surgery and is currently in stable condition.
Charged with aggravated assault is 27-year-old Nicole Louise Guiboche of Swan River, Manitoba. Guiboche was remanded into custody to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court on July 17, 2012. Charges are pending against the 30-year-old woman.
Police continue to investigate.
