At approximately 12:30AM on August 23, 2012, Amaranth RCMP responded to a machine shop fire on Road 73 North in the RM of Westbourne, Manitoba.
When members arrived at the location, they noted that the shop was fully engulfed in flames. Fire Departments from Gladstone, MacGregor and Westroc Colony were on the scene and extinguished the fire. MacGregor EMS also attended.
Police say that there were no injuries reported, however the building suffered a total loss.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
