The St. Pierre RCMP Detachment is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two female youths, Charlene Bella Owen and Angelica Pruden.
14-year-old Charlene Bella Owen and 15-year-old Angelica Pruden, of the RM of Tache.
14-year-old Charlene Bella Owen, of the RM of Tache, was last seen September 21, 2012, shortly before 6:45 pm. She is described as having black hair, brown eyes, 4’11” and 100 lbs with a slender build. She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a black Adidas jacket.
15-year-old Angelica Pruden, of the RM of Tache, is described as having black hair and dark brown eyes, 5’7″ and 133 lbs. She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a dark hoody with a grey shirt underneath it.
Police say that the pair are at-risk youth and are believed to be together. There are some indications that they may have headed to Winnipeg.
