On October 3, 2012, Headingley RCMP Traffic Services officers and EMS responded to the scene of a two vehicle collision on the Perimeter Highway, one mile west of Brady Road.
Headingley RCMP TS report that a westbound garbage truck proceeded to turn south on Brady Road when it collided with an eastbound Ford Focus.
Police say that the male driver of the garbage truck was treated and released. He has been charged for proceeding before safe to do so and suspended driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
The male driver of the Focus was taken to Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
