On October 25, 2012, just after 9am, Oakbank RCMP and local emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle collision on Garvin road between PR 206 and PR 207.
Initial investigation indicates that a tandem dump truck was in a head-on collision with a Honda Civic.
Police say that the driver of the Honda Civic, an adult male, was transported to hospital for treatment of what were reported to be undetermined, non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the gravel truck was not injured.
RCMP report that there were no other persons or vehicles involved.
Police continue to investigate to determine the cause of the collision.
