On October 30, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a break, enter and theft at an apartment on Reimer Avenue in Steinbach. Police were informed that the incident occurred on October 28th, 2012.
RCMP report that unknown subjects entered the apartment through a window and stole a large quantity of furniture and household items such as a bed, kitchen table and chairs, television, dishes and other items. While in the apartment the subjects destroyed two doors and did other damage to the apartment.
Due to the amount of items taken, police suspect that a truck or a vehicle with a trailer would have been used.
Police are asking the public for assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this or any other break and enters in the area.
