On April 6, 2009, Arborg RCMP received a call of a break and enter at the Rosenburg Church, approximately 10 miles north of the Town of Arborg which occurred some time during the night of April 5th.
RCMP attended the scene and discovered the culprits had gained entry to the Church by smashing a window. The culprits proceeded to enter the building and stole a number of televisions, DVD players and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The investigation led RCMP members to a residence in the Town of Arborg where all the stolen property was recovered.
A 20-year-old and an 18-year-old Arborg man as well as a 17-year-old Alberta teenage boy have been charged with break enter and theft. They have been released to appear in Arborg Court on May 11, 2009.
