On December 19, 2012, Oakbank RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Oakbank, Manitoba.
Investigation indicates that at about 3:45pm, a 13-year-old boy was walking home from school when he was approached by an adult male in a van and asked if he wanted a ride. The boy did not speak to the man and went home and told his parents.
RCMP report that the van is described as a light blue or gray newer model cargo van. The man is described as approximately 50-years-old with a short white beard.
