Youth Parliament is held annually between Christmas and New Year at the Manitoba Legislature with youth between the ages of 16-20 participating. Several Bills were debated this youth parliament session including one that would give government more power to crack down on protestors and one which would require advertisers to show models of differing body shapes.

Kelvin Goertzen spoke to the youth on behalf of the PC Caucus at a lunch on Thursday.
