Just after 8:30pm, on February 19, 2013, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment were called to a gas station, located on Main Street in Dauphin, where a robbery had just occurred.
Investigators attended and learned that a lone male had entered the store with what appeared to be a long gun. The suspect demanded the clerk empty the cash register. The clerk complied with the demand and the suspect then left heading south on foot. Police say that undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
The suspect is described as being approximately 6′ tall, 200 lbs and was wearing black track pants, a grey toque and a black jacket with red and white sleeves.
RCMP report that the clerk was not physically harmed during the robbery.
