Just before 5:00 a.m., Saturday, April 18, 2009, an incomplete 911 call was made to the Dauphin RCMP.
Investigators determined that the call had originated from a motel in the south end of Dauphin. When the officers attended at the motel, they learned that a woman had been assaulted by her boyfriend.
The 22 year old Dauphin man was arrested and later released from custody to appear in Dauphin Court on May 5, 2009.
The woman was not seriously injured.
