On April 12, 2013, RCMP investigation resulted with the arrest of 25-year-old Jeremy Pascal of St. Theresa Point. Pascal was exiting a commercial flight to the remote, isolated community of St. Theresa Point, approximately 460 km north east of Winnipeg, when he was arrested.
Island Lake RCMP seized the following controlled substances:
- 104.8 grams of marijuana
- 9 capsules of crack cocaine
- 20 pills of Tylenol 3’s
- 89 pills of lorazopam

RCMP report that Pascal is facing four counts of trafficking, four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
