On April 16, 2013, at approximately 2:40am, Prairie Mountain Area RCMP responded to an altercation at a residence located in Waywayseecappo First Nation, Manitoba.
Police say that an injured male was located at the residence. He was transported to Hospital by EMS for non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP report that 24-year-old Waywayseecappo First Nation resident, Jeremiah Clearsky was arrested at the scene. He remains in custody, charged with aggravated assault, two counts of assault with a weapon, resisting arrest and failing to comply with an undertaking.
