Two men are facing numerous drug-related charges after being arrested by Powerview RCMP earlier this week.
Marijuana plants discoverd by Powerview RCMP at a residence in the RM of Alexander.
On April 28, 2013, Powerview RCMP executed a CDSA (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act) search warrant at a residence in the RM of Alexander. While conducting the search, police discovered approximately 40 marijuana plants, marijuana grow equipment and drug paraphernalia.
RCMP report that two males were arrested in connection with the seizure, 20-year-old Skye Jack Osadchy-Douglas and 52-year-old Thomas Stefan Osadchy. Both men have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and production of a controlled substance.
Both men have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Pine Falls Provincial Court on June 26, 2013.
