Just after 4am on June 12, 2013, Portage la Prairie RCMP as well as Portage la Prairie EMS and MacGregor Fire Department, responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 1 in MacGregor, Manitoba.
Police investigation revealed that a semi truck and trailer collided with another semi truck and trailer that was merging from the shoulder onto the highway. Both vehicles had been traveling westbound on Highway 1.
RCMP report that a 46-year-old male driver of MacGregor, Manitoba, was transported to Hospital with what was reported to be non life threatening injuries.
