Stats from this past Wednesday’s Oil Recycling Day shows that the Steinbach Landfill gave away 663 litres of new oil, which equates to recycling over 3,315 litres of used oil in 3 hours.
The City of Steinbach Solid Waste employees are very pleased with the increasing success of Oil Recycling Day.
The City of Steinbach thanks the Landfill staff for a great event and to all the environmentally responsible people who came out to recycle their oil and enjoy a hot dog.
