On August 4, 2013, at about 9am, East St. Paul RCMP received a complaint of mischief to a vehicle that had occurred on Eagle Creek Drive in the RM of East St. Paul, Manitoba.
Police investigation revealed that multiple vehicles in the area had their paint scratched and tires slashed.
