On September 1, 2013, at about 2:30am, East St. Paul RCMP along with local emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a collision involving a motor vehicle and a pedestrian. The collision occurred on Bricker Avenue in the Rural Municipality of East St. Paul.
Initial police investigation indicates that a vehicle was leaving a residence when it struck a female. The vehicle then left the scene of the collision.
RCMP report that the female that was struck, a 20-year-old from Winnipeg, was transported to hospital with undetermined injuries.
