On October 31, 2013, shortly before 3am, The Pas RCMP were advised of a break and enter to a local business in Overflowing River.

Responding officers were advised that the business owner became alerted to someone trying to break into his place of business. The owner saw a male subject. He yelled at the subject, who then left the scene in a truck. It was noticed afterward that the window to the front of the business was broken.

RCMP were called back to the business a few hours later as suspects had returned to the business and once again departed when noticed by the business owner.

Police investigation has led to the recovery of the truck driven by the male subject seen at the business. The truck is a stolen vehicle and was located in Shoal River.

Members of The Pas RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
