On November 5, 2013, Central Plains RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of an armed robbery in Dakota Tipi First Nation, Manitoba.
Police investigation revealed that shortly before 2:30am, a lone female had entered a business brandishing a knife. Police arrived within minutes of the initial call. The female fled the location without any cash or merchandise, heading towards the gaming centre. There were no injuries.
The suspect is described as about 5’6″ tall with a thin build and long blonde hair. She was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black balaclava with eye holes only. She was also wearing lots of rings on her fingers.
