On November 18, 2013, shortly after 12pm, Stonewall RCMP along with area EMS and Fire were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Highway 7 and Highway 67 near Stonewall.
RCMP have learned that a southbound vehicle slowed down as a semi-trailer was stopped at the intersection to make an eastbound turn. The southbound vehicle did not see a vehicle in the northbound lane making a left turn. The southbound driver entered the intersection and collided with the westbound driver.
Police say that both drivers were single occupants and were transported to hospital for precautionary reasons. Stonewall RCMP continue to investigate.
