On November 30, 2013, shortly before 4am, East St. Paul RCMP along with Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services were dispatched to a single vehicle collision off of Perimeter and Pipeline Road.
RCMP report that an 18-year-old female driver, along with three other female passengers, were transported to Winnipeg area hospitals with undetermined injuries.
Police investigation suggests that the vehicle was traveling westbound on Balgona Road when it came to the dead-end intersection of Pipeline Road. The vehicle then went off the road into a deep ditch and came to a stop in a farmers field.
East St. Paul RCMP, with the assistance of an RCMP Traffic Reconstructionist and the RCMP Criminal Crash Investigation Team, continue to investigate this incident. Alcohol has not been ruled out as a contributing factor in this collision.
