Constable Human of the Selkirk RCMP detachment utilized close to 150 “Deputy Constables” with some Christmas Crime Prevention.

Students from the Lord Selkirk School Division assisted Constable Human and the RCMP by colouring brown bags from the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission (MLCC). These bags were given to the MLCC in Selkirk for use during the holiday season.
The bags have messages from students not to drink and drive, call operation red nose and to have a Happy Holiday.
