On December 24, 2013, shortly after 5am, Little Grand Rapids RCMP were dispatched to Pauingassi First Nation where a 27-year-old man was found unresponsive in a residence.
Police say that the man was transported to the Nursing Station where he succumbed to his injuries. An autopsy was scheduled for December 26, 2013 in Winnipeg.
RCMP Little Grand Rapids along with the RCMP Major Crime Services and the RCMP Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.
