A Piney man is facing impaired driving charges after being arrested by Steinbach RCMP earlier last week.
On January 21, 2013, Steinbach RCMP responded to a call of a single vehicle in the ditch along Highway 210 in the RM of Reynolds. Upon arrival, police discovered the driver of the vehicle to be impaired by alcohol.
RCMP report that a 43-year-old man from the RM of Piney was arrested and was found to be over double the legal limit. The man was released from custody and is set to appear in Steinbach Provincial Court.
