13-year-old Nicki Catheline Roulette.
East St. Paul RCMP are seeking the Public’s assistance in locating a missing youth, 13-year-old Nicki Catheline Roulette.
Police say that Roulette was last seen on Parkside Drive in East St. Paul on December 10, 2013. Efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
Nicki Roulette is described as 5’2″ tall and about 111 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes with a slender build
Family and police are concerned for Roulette’s safety and well-being. Roulette is considered an at risk youth. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Nicki Roulette is asked to call the East St. Paul RCMP at 204-667-6519 of their local Police agency.
Update
On February 21, 2014, Nicki Roulette was safely located.
