On February 8, 2014, just after 6:30pm, Beausejour and Oakbank RCMP responded to a snowmobile collision in the RM of Brokenhead.
Police say that a group of riders were out on a trail, four kilometres south of Highway 317 along Provincial Road 38, north of Tyndall. While on the trail, a 32-year-old Winnipeg man was involved in a collision. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Speed and drugs are considered factors in the collision and police continue to investigate.
