A four-year-old child has died after being struck by a car this past week in God’s River First Nation, Manitoba.
On February 20, 2014, shortly before 7pm, God’s Lake Narrows RCMP responded to a collision in God’s River First Nation, Manitoba. Police say that a 29-year-old male driver was backing out from a parking spot and struck a four-year-old female. The child was transported to the local Nursing Station, where she was pronounced deceased.
RCMP report that alcohol is not considered a factor in this incident and that the investigation continues.
