At 4:30am this morning, Steinbach RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of a fire on Normandeau Bay in La Broquerie.  The complainant advised that a detached garage was on fire.

Members attended the scene and on arrival noted that a garage was fully engulfed in flames. Police say that  a school bus in the driveway had also caught fire.

RCMP report that the La Broquerie Fire Department attended and put out the fire.

The Office of the Fire Commissioner is assisting in determining the cause of the fire.  No one was injured during the fire.
