On March 6, 2014, shortly before 8am, Stonewall RCMP, along with local fire and EMS, responded to motor vehicle collision on Highway 67 and Road 7E in the RM of Rockwood.

Police investigation revealed that a Mazda 6 was turning east from the trailer park and was struck by a eastbound Pontiac G6.
RCMP report that the 20-year-old lone female driver of the Mazda and the 53-year-old lone female driver of the Pontiac were transported to local hospital for precautionary measures.
Police say that poor visibility was a contributing factor in the collision.
