As part of an ongoing investigation, Steinbach RCMP laid more charges in connection to a home invasion that occurred last week in Steinbach. The latest charged was a male subject, which brings the total charged individuals to five.
RCMP report that two adult males and one female youth were arrested and charged for completing the home invasion and robbery, while another adult male and one female youth were arrested and charged as parties to the offence.
Steinbach residents Brandon Michael Friesen, 21, Tyler Quasso, 19 and Andrew Wilson, 23, are facing numerous charges as a result of the investigation.
Police say that the individuals have been remanded in custody and will make their first appearance in Winnipeg Provincial Court on March 17, 2014. Andrew Wilson and the other released female youth will appear in Steinbach Provincial Court on April 17, 2014.
