A Winnipeg man and a Steinbach woman will be making an appearance in Steinbach Court after being charged for impaired driving this past weekend by Steinbach RCMP.
At approximately 10pm on April 11, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a call from a motorist advising that he believed there may be a motorist who is impaired on Carrierre Road in the RM of La Broquerie. Officers responded and located a 32-year-old male from Winnipeg. The man was arrested for impaired driving. He provided breath samples that were nearly three times the legal limit.
At approximately 3am on April 12, officers observed a vehicle traveling down Main Street in Steinbach that was weaving back and forth from two lanes.
