Dauphin RCMP are asking the public for any information connected to a number of recent incidents involving a suspicious male.
On March 31, 2014, just before 6pm, a motorist was flagged down on Highway 5, approximately 10 kilometers west of Dauphin, Manitoba. A man approached the motorist’s vehicle saying to the female driver that he was in possession of pantyhose and a condom. He then attempted to strike up a conversation. The woman was able to drive away.
Police say that the following day, a similar incident was reported to the Dauphin RCMP. A woman was sitting in her vehicle on 1st Avenue N.E. in Dauphin when she was approached by a man who stated he sells women’s pantyhose.
RCMP report that the man is described as being in his thirties with light hair. He was wearing a black coat with dark pants and was driving a white newer-model truck.
