On May 22, 2014, at approximately 2:15am, Blue Hills RCMP responded to an industrial fatality in the RM of Whitehead, approximately 10 kilometres northwest of Alexander, Manitoba.
Police say that a 24-year-old male from the RM of North Cypress was working a night shift when he became caught in an industrial machine.
RCMP report that local EMS attended and the male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
