On June 16, 2014, just before 11pm, St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP were called out to a single-vehicle rollover on Provincial Road 206, just south of Provincial Road 207 in the RM of Tache, Manitoba.

Police say that the driver of the car, a 19-year-old female from Lorette, Manitoba, was the lone occupant of the car and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Initial police investigation shows that the vehicle left the roadway and flipped into the water-filled ditch. An RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is assisting with the investigation. Alcohol and speed are considered to be factors in the collision.
