Early this morning, while on patrol, Ste. Anne Police officers witnessed a residential break and enter to a home on St. Alphonse Street in Ste. Anne, Manitoba.
Police were able to arrest four individuals in this incident, all who were adults from the Steinbach and Niverville area. Two females were released from custody and two males were remanded into custody for a future court date.
I think this speaks volumes about the work of our officers. Proactive patrols and knowing your community is so important to keeping it safe. This morning the officer saw something that was out of place and he acted on it. We haven’t had a break and enter in a long time. This should serve as a reminder to criminals that Ste. Anne is not the place to do it. ~ Chief Robichaud
Police were able to recover all of the stolen property connected to this incident. Items included furniture, electronics and jewelry.
