On September 22, 2014 at approximately 10:50am, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a charred vehicle in a field near Pansy, Manitoba.
Police investigation revealed that the charred vehicle was in fact stolen from Ben R Auto Sales in Steinbach. The theft of the vehicle, a 2003 white Buick Impala, occurred between September 20 at 4pm and September 22, 2014 at 12:17pm.
Police are asking the public’s assistance in trying to locate the person or persons responsible for the theft and the damage to the vehicle.
