On November 2, 2014, at about 6pm, Selkirk RCMP received a report of Halloween candy that had been tampered with.
Police say that a small razor blade was located in some wrapped candy that was given to a youth on the evening of October 31, 2014. RCMP would like to remind parents and adults to check over the candy that your children have brought home.
