On November 5, 2014, at 8:30 pm, Stonewall RCMP were on patrol on Prince Street in Stony Mountain, Manitoba, when they saw a male with a handgun tucked in his pants.
Police say that the man was quickly controlled by two RCMP officers and the handgun was recovered without incident. There were no injuries related to this occurrence.
RCMP report that 22-year-old Reginald Bell of St. Laurent, Manitoba, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a restricted weapon with ammunition and four other related Criminal Code charges.
