On January 23, 2015,at about 5:30pm, Altona RCMP and local emergency services were called to a snowmobile collision near an area three miles west of Highway 3 in the RM of Stanley, Manitoba.
Police investigation revealed a 25-year-old Carman man was injured in a collision while operating his snowmobile. He was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. The injured man was riding with another 23-year-old man from Carman who was arrested for impaired operation of a motorized vehicle. He was released for a future court date.
RCMP report that alcohol is considered a factor in the collision.
