Dauphin RCMP, in partnership with StreetReach, recently arrested and charged a 32-year-old male from Dauphin, Manitoba with being in breach of two Child Exploitation and Human trafficking Act Protection Orders. The male was prohibited by the court from having any contact with children.
Police say that the man was released for a future court appearance in Dauphin Provincial court on February 3, 2015.
StreetReach is a program that is jointly operated with law enforcement, the Province of Manitoba and several non-governmental organizations to identify and investigate child sexual exploitation in Manitoba. The RCMP and StreetReach are committed to protecting children from child abuse and will continue to operate around the province to identify and investigate people who are committing crimes against children.
