On February 10, 2015, at approximately 10:30am, two westbound semi-trucks collided on the Trans-Canada Highway, approximately five kilometres west of Virden, Manitoba.
Police say that one of the semis ended up in the south ditch and the other on the north shoulder of the Highway. The two drivers received minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Due to the position of the semis, RCMP re-routed traffic to all westbound vehicles until they were able to clear the semis from the Highway.
