On February 17, 2015, at approximately 2:30am, Portage la Prairie RCMP received a report of an armed robbery at the Krazy Horse Convenience Store in Dakota Tipi First Nation.

Police say that the suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. Later that day, police identified the suspect and arrested Maurice Donald Pashe.

RCMP report that Pashe has been charged with robbery with a weapon, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, disguise with the intent to commit an indictable offence and breach of recognizance.
